Privacy policy
How ColdToYes handles information about you, the people you email, and what our shared learning does and does not use.
Who we are
ColdToYes is operated by [operating entity] ("ColdToYes", "we", "us"). This policy covers this website and the ColdToYes service.
Information we collect
When you visit this website or join early access
- The details you submit: your email address and, if you choose, your name, company and sending volume.
- Basic technical information our servers record, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, used to run and protect the site.
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
When you use the service
- Account information, such as your name, email address and business details you give us during setup.
- Information about the people you ask ColdToYes to contact, including names, work email addresses, job titles and publicly available professional information used to research and write emails.
- Emails ColdToYes writes and sends for you, and replies sent back to your connected inboxes.
- Sending and delivery data, such as when emails were sent, whether they were delivered and whether they received a reply.
- Information needed to connect, buy or manage sending inboxes and domains for you.
How we use information
- To provide the service: finding and verifying contacts, researching, writing, sending, pacing and sorting replies.
- To contact you about early access, your account and changes to the service.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- To improve the service, including through shared learning as described below.
We do not sell personal information.
Shared learning
ColdToYes improves sending for all users by learning patterns that earn replies, such as email length, structure, timing, follow-up spacing and safe inbox growth. These patterns are derived from aggregated sending activity.
Your leads, contact lists, email text and conversations are not shared with other users and are not used to write other users' emails. [Attorney to confirm the aggregation and de-identification standard to be described here.]
No open tracking
ColdToYes does not insert open-tracking pixels or redirect links into the emails it sends.
People who receive emails sent through ColdToYes
If you received an email sent through ColdToYes, it was sent on behalf of a ColdToYes user, who is responsible for the decision to contact you. Replying to ask not to be contacted again will stop further emails from that sender through ColdToYes. You may also contact us at [contact email] to ask what information we hold about you or to ask that it be deleted.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the service, verify email addresses, provide AI processing and supply inboxes and domains. They receive only the information needed to perform their services for us. [List of providers to be finalized.]
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it unless we must keep it longer by law. Early access signups are kept until early access ends or you ask us to remove you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to be removed from early access, by contacting [contact email]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. [Attorney to confirm state-specific disclosures.]
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure.
Children
ColdToYes is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. For significant changes we will notify account holders by email.
